this assumption angers error so much that he abandons blue in the anti-void with the human soul and as a result of being trapped in the anti-void for so long. blueberry became an error.Īt some point, he would have found a home in the Omega Timeline after defeating error!undyneīlueberror would have recognized he could not go back to his old timeline the way he is now and would have given his world, to the other Underswap Sans that was in the Omega Timeline. So, the other Underswap Sans would have had a happy ending there.īlueberror would have likely gone through all the stages– he would have been furious at Error, nearly trying to kill him, etc. and error, horrified by this result would distance himself, realizing that he did the same horrible thing to someone else, that he did to himself. while blue would get over his rage towards Error, recognizing that his anger was just poisoning him. He chose to forgive, and try and accept his new lot in life. His appearance looks like Underswap Sans's, but has also changed his appearance. Blueberror is a black skeleton with purple/blue arms. He wears black gloves and his armor have mostly changed as well. He wears black pants that have a vertical yellow stripe on each leg. his shirt (chestplate?) is also black but also has blue sleeves underneath his black half-circle pauldrons. He wears a red scarf instead of a blue one. three yellow stars are near his right eye, while there is only one near his left eye. and has slowly gotten everyone in Snowdin to start calling him as well. His nose and eyes are blue on the inside. In fact, it's one that swap Papyrus gave him, as a derisive jab at his round, blue appearance. As for the dialogue, I personally entertain the thought that the term 'blueberry' that swap Sans is so well known for is NOT one he enjoys. I also wanted to give "Blueberry" a pose that rivals Papyrus' iconic battle sprite, as I've only seen a small handful that has done that and they're usually the exact same pose. Honestly, I feel something that is a fan made variant off a copyright material, there really is no logical reason to have anything be "strictly canon" not to mention there are things about the Sans "Blueberry" design I've never fully liked, I wanted to make him look more akin to Papyrus so I altered his look to do that, like the inverted insignia and the little touch of the red shorts to mimic Papyrus' little bit of blue on his original design. Now, to address the elephant in the room, no, I did not stick to strict "canon" for the design. So that's why swap has caught my attention, and I just felt a random urge to draw up the iconic skeleton duo. So then why do I find swap compelling? For the simply fact that I've always found personality swap scenarios to be hilarious in any setting, similarly I enjoy Underfell for my undying love of evil twin settings. (because good God there are way too many of them) After awhile they just become so muddled and stupid and I see no point in adding so many cans of paint to something that doesn't need it. Now, first off, I'm not really "into" any of the myriad of AU's out there for Undertale. So, recently I've been getting into the Underswap AU.
